Modern Machinery Buys Spokane Machinery (Press Release 1/7/2010)
Modern Machinery is pleased to announce that they have completed the acquisition of Spokane Machinery (also known as Spomac) in Spokane, Washington. Spomac has been the leader in supplying crushing and screening equipment to the mining, quarry, and contracting business throughout Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho for over 62 years. They will continue doing business as Spokane Machinery (A Modern Machinery Company).
