Important Information

• Customer is responsible for cleaning and servicing any machine that is rented for 30 days or less.
• Steam cleaning charge - $250.00; PM charge - $250.00.
• Rates quoted are for 8-hour day, 40-hour week and 176-hour month. All rates are based on single shift.
• Double shift rates will be charged at 1.6 times the published single shift rate.
• Triple shift rates will be charged at 2.1 times published single shift rate.
• Excess hours will be calculated by dividing the single shift rate by 176 and multiplying the excess hour by that rate.
• Modern Machinery will not be responsible for downtime because of bad weather.
• Add 25% to rental rate for use in rock.
• All Rentals F.O.B. Yard.
