Basic Machine Familiarization
This course is designed to provide participants with an introductory understanding of the overall function, operation, and maintenance of the selected machine model. Participants will be able to describe key features of the product, locate and identify safety items, and describe the operation of machine and cab controls. Participants will be able to define maintenance guidelines, identify components and describe their operations.

Technical Machine Familiarization
This course is designed for technicians and maintenance personnel responsible for machine maintenance, troubleshooting and repair. It is designed to provide a better understanding of the overall function, operation, maintenance, service, and repair of the selected product. Participants will be able to describe key features of the product, locate and identify safety items, describe operation of machine and cab controls, and perform pre-shift and walk around machine inspections. Also, participants will be able to define maintenance guidelines, identify components and describe their function/operation.
Engine, electronic, hydraulic and powertrain systems will be discussed, focusing on monitoring systems to accurately detect and troubleshoot machine abnormalities. Participants will be introduced to adjusting, troubleshooting and repair on the specified machine so they may effectively communicate with management and their dealer representative.
