The best of the best! Every certified machine that has been maintained in the Komatsu Care maintenance program is less than six years old and has fewer than 6,000 operating hours.

50-Point
Inspections

Komatsu performs a 50-point inspection for every 500 hours of use for up to 3 years / 2,000 hours.

Oil Wear
Analysis

Certification requires a Kowa Oil Wear Analysis with no abnormal or critical indication.

100+ Point
Mechanical

100+ point mechanical and diagnostic operations and interior and exterior appearance standards must be met for certification.

Factory-Trained
Technicians

Maintenance and certification are performed by factory-trained technicians using genuine Komatsu parts.
